Who Is Paula J?


Paula Johnson (a.k.a Paula J)
is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, where she has amassed several years of direct-impact fieldwork experience, relative to mental health advocacy and life/motivational coaching. Paula is a graduate of Fontbonne University, Lindenwood University, and Grand Canyon University, respectively; and she holds an undergraduate degree in Social Work, and advanced degrees in both Mental Health & Wellness, and Nonprofit Administration.

At its core, Paula's professional workforce experience has primarily focused on social work, mental health initiatives, and personal growth & development coaching. Meanwhile, personally, she has devoted countless work hours to a plethora of grassroots/community initiatives aimed at uplifting and strengthening underserved populations.

As a Certified Life Coach, Paula has a passion for helping girls and women everywhere to realize their true potential and reach their goals. She is also a children's book author and a licensed Notary.
